Are you new to Macaroni Kid Tri? My family and I love ❤️ celebrating and taking part in those Fun, Bizarre, & National Days. But usually, by the time we find out what the Fun Day is, it's too late to really get into the spirit. That's why my daughter, Grace, created your go-to Fun Days Calendar. You can print out your monthly calendar and put it on your fridge, in your car, or in your planner. Oh, and we may also spotlight a great, LOCAL event as well!
We have also provided ideas on how to spend each Fun Day. You can enjoy these National Days without the stress of having to plan it all.

March 1 - Peanut Butter Lover's Day
Did you know it takes about 540 peanuts to make a 12-ounce jar of peanut butter? Creamy, crunchy, or natural? How do you do your peanut butter? Try it plain or make it a combo today with my favorite...chocolate. I typed in Peanut Butter Lover on Pinterest and 99% of results showed peanut butter and chocolate!I might treat myself to a Reese's peanut butter egg today! Here's a recipe for Buckeye Dip to try too!
March 2 - Read Across America Day/Dr. Seuss Day
Each year, National Read Across America Day is celebrated on March 2nd, the birthday of Dr. Seuss. Pull out your favorite Dr. Seuss book and enjoy a fun Dr. Seuss snack. Make some popcorn for "Hop on Pop" or golfish for "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish." I love the sweet and salty combo of these green eggs and ham snacks with pretzels, white chocolate, and a green M&M!
March 5-7 - Andrew and Abby's Closet Spring Consignment Sale- This is the largest in the Tri-Cities area and features over 60,000 children's items for newborns-teens! March 8- In My Life A Musical Theatre Tribute to the Beatles at Paramount Bristol- An award-winning musical biography of the Beatles as told by their manager Brian Epstein. The show features the performance of 33 Beatles classics by the renowned tribute band, Beatles For Sale.
March 14 - National Children's Craft Day
Celebrate the start of spring with a fun, DIY craft at home or being a Saturday visit your local craft store and check out a free class. How about a St. Patrick's Day craft? Here are some family-friendly ideas!

March 23 - National Puppy Day
Go ahead and take a cute pic of your puppy or share an old pic with us on social media! Might be a great day to visit your local shelter and volunteer to walk a puppy or just give him or her some snuggles. #supportyourlocalanimalshelter
March 31 - National Crayon Day
Break out those coloring books and crayons have let's color! Don't throw those broken crayons away. Here are some ideas on how to upcycle those broken crayons.
