St. Patrick's Day is around the corner and here are some simple, easy, inexpensive, but FUN activities to do with your kiddos.  Every time I turn around, I see a Girl Scout trying to sell me some cookies!  I LOVE Thin Mints, but have stuck to my guns this season!  BUT....I did find these DIY Thin Mint Cookie recipe I might have to try this weekend! Oh, and I did cheat a little this week with the snack size Andes Mint Shake from Arby's!  It was sooo delish!

Breakfast- If you read my Macaroni Kid newsletters, you know how much I LOVE PANCAKES!  If there is a way to fit them in, then why the heck not!  So here's a great take on St. Patty Pancakes from Crafty Morning!

Side- Green Macaroni & Cheese (no food coloring) from Six Sister's Stuff

Side- Reuben Dip

Soup- Creamy Cabbage & Potato Soup

Dinner- Shepherd's Pie from Confetti and Bliss
