Summer Camp Spotlight: Appalachian Christian Camp

The Summer Your Kids Were Meant For

April 18, 2019

Summer is on the way and one of the great things our area has to offer that you may not even know about is Camp ACC - the summer camp ministry of Appalachian Christian Camp. Appalachian Christian Camp has been located in Limestone Cove in Unicoi for over 40 years and has been ministering to the youth of our area since 1930.

Camp ACC is a non-denominational Christian Summer Camp for youth entering Kindergarten through 12th grade. The camp program begins the first of June and continues through the summer, into early August . Camp ACC teaches Christian principles and values in a fun and exciting way that challenges today's youth. While Camp ACC is a church camp, you do not have to be a member of a church to attend.

The Camp ACC campus includes a full high ropes course, 4 ziplines, several low ropes course elements, gymnasium with an indoor rock climbing wall, ball field, sand volleyball court, a 5,000 square foot swimming pool, open-air worship center, air-conditioned dormitories and walking trails all surrounded by the beauty of Unicoi County.

TruthQuest- K-6th Grades-TruthQuest teaches the Truth of God's love through Bible classes, devotions, praise & worship, campfires, & exciting activities like the zipline & 30ft rock wall!

The Core- 6th-9th Grades- Core is a thrilling Jr. High Camp. Campers learn what God has in store for their lives through small groups, activities, friendships, worship and engaging speakers.

Summit9th-13th Grades- Come close to God at Summit. Discover who He is through worship, quiet time, & relevant teaching all while having amazing fun & forming lifelong friendships. Campers choose from sports, missions, & arts tracks.
