Tri-Cities Kids Eat Free (or Cheap!)

I was updating our local kids eat free (or cheap) list, and it was sad to delete so many restaurants from our list who have closed their doors the last few months or changed their options for kids eating free. I would love your help in updating our list. Let me know. If you are comfortable eating out (or getting it to-go) please consider ordering from some of our local restaurants and supporting them during this time (and always!). If you know of an update to the list, please message me and let me know!

We're a busy family on the go--two working parents, two Mini Macaronis with activities... some nights we just don't have time for a home-cooked meal or I need a break from the kitchen!

Thankfully there are several Tri-Cities' restaurants that offer kids meal deals with free or inexpensive kids meals. If you know one we're missing, just leave a note in the comments! May want to call ahead to make sure the restaurant still honors their kid special.

EVERYDAY

BoneFire Smokehouse- All day, everyday kids 6 and under always eat free here with a paying adult entree. One kid per adult.

Golden Corral- All day, everyday kids 3 and under eat free from the buffet with the purchase of one adult meal.

Moe's BBQ- Kids under 10 can get a kid’s meal for $1.99 if you dine in and with the purchase of an adult entree. All-day, every day.

O'Charleys- All day, everyday kids eat free all day, every day. (One kid's meal with the purchase of one adult meal. Kid's beverage not included. Dine-in only.)

One Acre Cafe- Kid's 12 and under eat free (dine-in only). Adult meal purchase is not required. Kid's may choose a meal from the Kid's Menu or a small meal from the regular menu.

MONDAYS

Johnny Brusco's - $1.50 cheese pizza slices all day. No age requirement.

Mellow Mushroom- $1 cheese pizza slices all day. Johnson City & Bristol.

Quaker Steak & Lube- 99 cents kid's meal with the purchase of one adult meal. Bristol, VA.

Red Pig- 4pm-Close; One free kid's meal with the purchase of one adult meal. Kids under 12. Johnson City.

Texas Roadhouse- 4pm-8pm; $1.99 kid's meal with the purchase one one adult meal. Arts and crafts, face painting, magician and more. Ranger meals excluded. Dine-in only. Kingsport location only.

Zaxby's-One free kid's meal with the purchase of one adult meal. Morristown-Davy Crockett location only.

TUESDAYS

Applebee's- $1.99 kids' meals with the purchase of one adult meal. All locations.

Barberito's- 4pm-close; One free kid's meal with the purchase of one adult meal. Kingsport location.

Beef 'O' Brady's- 4pm-8pm; One free kid's meal with the purchase of one adult meal. Kids 12 and under. Johnson City and Kingsport locations.

Big Dan's BBQ- One free kid's meal with the purchase of one adult meal. Elizabethton

Bob Evans- 4pm-9pm; One free kid's meal with the purchase of one adult meal. Johnson City

Fazoli's- 5pm-8pm; Up to 3 kid's meal for 99 cents with the purchase of one adult meal. Johnson City and Kingsport locations.

Harbour House Seafood- One free kid's meal with the purchase of one adult meal. Kids 11 & under. Johnson City.

McAlister's Deli- After 5pm; Up to two free kids' meals with the purchase of one adult meal. Johnson City and Kingsport

Mellow Mushroom- 5pm-8pm; $5 small, one-topping pizza. Bristol location only.

Moe's Southwest Grill- 5pm-close; 99 cents kid's meal with the purchase of one adult meal. Dine-in only. Johnson City location only.

Mellow Mushroom- FREE kid's meal with your $15 purchase & large cheese pizzas are $10 all day long! Family bingo starts at 6pm. Johnson City

Zaxby's- 99 cents kid's meal with the purchase of one adult meal. Kingsport, Elizabethton, and Morristown-Andrew Johnson locations only.

THURSDAYS

Bojangles- 5:00-8:00pm (dine-in only) 99 cents kid's meal with purchase one adult meal. Check local locations for availability.

Captain D's- 99 cents kid's meals with purchase of one adult meal. Check location participation.

Pratt's Bar-B-Que- One free kid's meal with adult meal purchase. Kids ages 10 and under. 4:00-8:00pm. 1225 East Stone Drive, Kingsport.

Wild Wing Cafe- Wild Child Thursday; 5:00-8:00 pm; One free kid's meal with adult meal purchase. Activities for kids begin at 6:00 pm.

SUNDAYS

Shoney's - Sunday is Family Day. One free kid's meal from the kid's menu with the purchase of an adult bar or entree. Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Abingdon, Wytheville, Hillsville and Dublin.
