1. Mom, dad, grandparents- you have to be a Macaroni Kid Tri-Cities subscriber. Go here to subscribe!
2. Sign up your kids here. Here is what I need (you can list all your kids on the same form):
*child's first & last name
* gender
* birth date (XX/XX/XXXX)
*Parent /Guardian first & last name, mailing address
*Subscriber's email address, for important birthday messages
3. We will announce your child's birthday in our monthly Birthday Club article, which will be published the first Wednesday of every month.
4. One lucky Mini Macaroni Kid will be randomly selected at the beginning of their birthday month to win our awesome birthday club package which includes:
* 1-hour jump at Quantum Leap Trampoline Park (Johnson City)
* 1 Jiggy Junior pizza from Jiggy Ray's Downtown Pizzeria (Elizabethton)
The winner will be announced during our monthly Birthday Club article (1st Wednesday of every month) and also on our Macaroni Kid Tri-Cities Facebook page!
